About the game
In Lasso you steer a little comet that drags a glowing rope behind it. Swing back across your own rope and the loop snaps shut: every orb inside is yours. White orbs are worth one point and the three gold stars are worth five, so the best loops are tight, quick and placed right on top of a cluster.
Your rope is only 700 units long and fades from the tail, so there is no time to draw huge territories. That keeps every round fast and tense. Rivals can drive straight through your rope to cut it, which leaves you dazed and gives them three points. Catch a rival’s head inside your loop and you stun them and steal a quarter of their score.
A round lasts two and a half minutes. Face one to three computer opponents on easy, medium or hard. Hard bots hunt for your rope and close in on you when you are stunned.

Questions
How do I close a loop in Lasso?
Turn around and cross any part of your own rope. The area between the crossing point and your head becomes the loop, and everything inside it is captured.
What happens when someone cuts my rope?
Your whole rope disappears and you are dazed for 1.5 seconds: you move at 60% speed and leave no rope. The player who cut it scores 3 points.
